Can now import data from Elite's AUDIT, RHVAC AND CHVAC programs - this means users can now may share existing systems without reentering data.
Users can now choose from three cooling model types: air conditioner, heat pump or ground source heat pump. Choices in heating models include heat pumps, ground source heat pump, furnaces and boilers.
You can now choose a hot water model in addition to cooling model and heating model. This means that customers can elect to use a home hot water for space heating in place of, or with a furnace. Full equipment selections available from ARI and GAMA libraries.
QUOTE uses ARI and GAMA equipment databases. All equipment is listed by performance ratings, showing which equipment, by model number, is Energy Star rated with the Energy Star's color logo. Printed sales proposals reports are
generated by the software, making customer presentations more
persuasive to encourage consumer purchases of Energy Star rated
equipment.
Users can now see, at a glance, 5 proposed systems for customer review and printout instead of three. Users can compare between various systems or group them together.
Customizable material and labor lists - QUOTE will now automatically select predefined material and labor data to save time.
Reports now include title report, sales report, optional accessories report, detailed cost report, and installer's report for more professional customer presentations. Additional report information now includes dealer price and list price, warranty information & equipment dimensions. QUOTE now has a print preview window for you to see as you build report, format as you go. QUOTE for Windows adds more report previews and faster printing.
New report footnotes capabilities: have new built-in word processor to add bold face, color, underline, font size and fonts, bullets and indents, left/center/right justification. Users can now export to Microsoft Word for Windows. Images in popular image formats can also be imported. Store footnotes with your project files.
A new checkbox allows users to hide profits from the customer's view letting them see only the sales price.
