Shipping & Returns

Our online store accepts orders from anywhere in the world, but how we notify you of the shipping cost depends on your location.

For Continental United States orders the shipping cost will be shown during checkout.

For locations outside the Continental United States there is normally an additional step. The shipping cost will not show during checkout, since we have to retrieve the current rates from the shipper for shipping to your area. After you complete your order we will send you an e-mail with your shipping cost, asking for your approval. You then reply to that e-mail saying that you approve, and we ship your order.

But if you are outside the Continental United States and do not want to wait for this additional step of having to approve your shipping cost, write us a note in the Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order box during checkout. For example, you could write something like, "Ship my order without waiting for my approval," or "Ship my order without waiting for my approval as long as the shipping fee is under $100," etc..

Except for unusual circumstances, delays, or difficulties, all orders are shipped within one working day of placing your order.

Training DVDs are shipped via US Postal Service.

All sales are final. There are NO returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Functional demos can be downloaded for free from our website. Paid for demos include user manual. Please call us for upgrade prices, multiple licenses, extra manuals, alternate shipping methods and other special order conditions.
